The Stagecoach Citi 8 bus stops near the Church at Poplar Rd, but you're advised to check the timetable (link below). 

The Guided Busway stop in Histon is about 10 minutes walk along Station Rd to the Baptist church.

The entrance to the church has 3 steps. There is also a wheelchair access ramp at the main entrance.
